We are looking for a Cheese Technical Manager in Jerome to coordinate all areas of production. In this role, you will produce consistent quality cheese and dairy products that deliver our customer's brand promise while optimizing yields and efficiencies. You will develop, promote, and maintain a manufacturing environment and a workforce capable of meeting manufacturing requirements in cheese, whey, and cream.
Your day will involve reviewing recipes to maximize yield and quality, mentoring future Master Cheese Makers, and leading the production team to meet or exceed goals. You will work closely with the Quality Control, Sales, and R&D departments to ensure food safety, product disposition, and a competitive edge. This position requires you to maintain the highest Agropur standards, always seeking to meet or exceed customer expectations and implement improvements for the future.
