As a Hemodialysis Team Leader, you will serve as the operational anchor for our chronic hemodialysis care unit. In this capacity, you provide day-to-day direction and supervision to direct patient care staff, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of treatments that align with FMCNA's mission, vision, and core values. You act as the vital link between the clinical team, physicians, and facility management, interpreting and adjusting patient care plans to meet the evolving needs of those with End Stage Renal Disease.
Your day involves balancing clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will assess daily patient needs, coordinate charge nurse duties, and step in as the primary responder during emergency situations. Beyond direct patient care, you are responsible for mentoring staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of safety and compliance with state and federal regulations. As a subject matter expert, you guide your team through complex dialysis techniques, equipment operation, and adherence to strict facility procedures.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of Nursing with current state licensure.
