As a Registered Nurse in our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) department, you will be responsible for the total nursing needs of our residents. You will actively incorporate HumanGood's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care," ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. Your role involves developing care assignments in coordination with care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
