As a Channel Marketing Manager for Beauty, you will serve as the critical pivot point between our Brand and Sales teams to drive merchandising, promotions, and commercial strategy for our powerhouse hair appliance brands, Revlon and Hot Tools. Reporting to the Director of MS&P and Channel Marketing for Retail, you will help shape how our brands show up with consumers and retail partners. Your mission is to embed external retail insights into business planning, guide customer teams with clear strategy and selling direction, and ensure plans are executed with excellence to position our brands for long-term growth.
You will act as both the voice of Sales within the brands and the voice of the Brand to the field, maintaining consistent communication loops with Brand, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role is designed for someone who is eager to share new ideas, try new things, and contribute to a culture of collaboration that supports operational excellence and global scalability.
This position is based in Boston, MA, and operates under a flexible hybrid work model. Our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This model is designed to support both collaboration and productivity, though eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations.
