About the Role
This Change Management Consultant position is a 6–12 month engagement designed to drive sustainable performance improvements by fostering a culture of change. The primary focus is on building greater capability for change within workforces and teams, enabling leaders to achieve long-term success.
In this role, you will conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present summary findings to the project team and senior leaders before recommending a comprehensive change plan. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, addressing Organizational Development, Change, and Behavioral Change issues critical to a successful roll-out.
Work Context
This is a remote resource role. While the position is open to remote work, candidates ideally located in the Pacific or Central time zones are preferred to ensure effective collaboration.
