Baptist Health System in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our Allied Health team. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical and obstetric patients across the entire age spectrum. Your primary focus will be facilitating the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures while adhering to established practices and standards.
As a key member of the surgical team, you will support the mission statement, policies, and procedures of Baptist Health System. You will be responsible for completing all necessary competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. This is an ongoing, full-time staff position working 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts.
