About the Role
As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will be an essential partner to surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists in our operating rooms. This on-site role is designed for a professional who thrives in high-acuity settings and is passionate about patient safety. You will prepare operating rooms, arrange surgical instruments, and assist throughout procedures while maintaining strict aseptic technique. Your ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and collaborate effectively will be vital to optimizing patient care.
Beyond the procedural duties, you will play a key role in the growth of our team by supporting the onboarding and mentoring of new members and students. You will also participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our practices remain at the forefront of medical standards.
