Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) are the backbone of physical readiness for Aircrew, delivering holistic training programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance training, and strength and conditioning principles. You will support the Human Performance (HP) team in planning, executing, and validating program effectiveness, serving in a complementary role during rehabilitation efforts with a "return-to-fly" mindset.
Your day will be defined by a visible presence within the flying squadron, building essential rapport with warfighters while staying abreast of evolving best practices. You will collaborate across the enterprise to ensure program alignment and standardization, actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and health education initiatives. From developing evidence-based training programs to maintaining accurate documentation in the CRAFT system of record, your work directly impacts the physical and cognitive performance of combat aviation personnel.
