The facility includes an extended care center and a supportive environment where CRNAs work independently alongside a robust team of specialists, including two orthopedic surgeons, a general surgeon, OB providers, a podiatrist, and visiting ENT and urology services.

About the Role

This opportunity invites a dedicated Nurse Anesthetist to join a top hospital where career growth and opportunity await. As a CRNA, you will deliver direct and indirect anesthesia and anesthesia-related care across perioperative, obstetrical, and pain management services. The role requires utilizing the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop anesthetic plans, and demonstrate critical thinking to ensure safe, quality, age-specific care. You will manage complex cases involving pain relief, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, pulmonary care, and critically ill patients while collaborating closely with other healthcare team members.

Compensation & Schedule

The position is full-time with a schedule of two weeks on and one week off. Shifts typically run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating night and weekend call duties (every other day and every other weekend, excluding the week off). The compensation range is between $236,000 and $300,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Additional offerings include a relocation/sign-on package, retention bonuses, education reimbursement, and temporary housing assistance.
