About the Role

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this person-centered role, you will provide care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. You will be responsible for supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while assisting them in activities of daily living.

Your day will involve implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines. By providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging, you will help residents thrive. You will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure that all resident needs are addressed in a timely manner, contributing to a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.
