As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be the heart of our resident care, supporting our residents in all aspects of daily living. Your role is centered on providing person-centered care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. You will partner with the clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines.
In this role, you will foster a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging for our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living and resident programs, ensuring that care is delivered with dignity and respect. We offer a culture of growth, providing opportunities to learn and expand your skills through education assistance, certification reimbursement, and access to over 6,000 courses in our online learning library.
To join our team, please submit your application with your current CNA certification for the state in which you are working. While specific state regulations may apply, we look for candidates who are at least 18 years of age and possess basic computer skills. Prior experience and CPR certification are preferred.
