As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our night shift, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents within our skilled nursing environment. This role exists to ensure safe, compassionate, and person-centered care, supporting the nursing team in maintaining a home-like atmosphere. You will work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of our residents, upholding their dignity, preferences, and independence in accordance with their care plans.
