The Centralized Governance & Control - Remediation Quality Assurance Testing team plays a critical role in this mission by performing in-flight Assurance Testing Activities throughout the Issue Remediation Lifecycle. We ensure that Management Action Plans are designed to sufficiently mitigate risk drivers and operate effectively, safeguarding the bank's integrity and compliance.
This highly seasoned professional role serves as a technical expert and lead within the Governance & Control function. You will integrate knowledge of the enterprise strategy to develop solutions across multiple functions, acting as a key partner in the development and implementation of risk strategies. Your work will focus on performing remediation testing activities related to High-Risk findings, including Regulator issues, while independently managing end-to-end functional programs.
In this position, you will interpret complex business challenges and industry environments to recommend best practices. You will lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and guide others within your area of expertise. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide direction to wide-ranging enterprise projects, identify emerging trends, and recommend actions to senior management to support the overall business strategy.
