The Cellular / Radio Frequency Engineer II serves as a key technical leader within the Cellular System Operations team at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) in Butlerville, IN. This role is responsible for managing the planning, scope, development, design, direction, and technical execution of major projects related to cellular technologies.
You will drive overall RF Spectrum Engineering and spectrum management across MuTC and Camp Atterbury. Your day-to-day work involves tracking spectrum requests, monitoring baselines, and performing local deconfliction to ensure seamless operations. This position requires direct coordination with license owners and training customers to facilitate multi-domain objectives, ensuring that complex spectrum needs are met while adhering to strict regulatory standards.
Candidates must possess a valid TS/SCI clearance and US Citizenship. This is a regular full-time position requiring a minimum of five years of experience in Cellular System Operations and RF Spectrum Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or formal Spectrum Management Certifications.
