About the Role

The Residential Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. You will collect solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transport them to post-collection facilities. This role is vital to our mission of keeping communities clean and sustainable.

As a member of Team Green, you will drive designated trucks along specific routes, interacting with the public to answer questions and respond to requests. Your day involves operating mechanical packers, performing daily vehicle inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will work in an outdoor environment, adapting to various weather conditions while maneuvering large vehicles through tight spaces and high-traffic areas.
