About the Role

The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. You will service industrial, residential, or recycling routes to mechanically collect construction debris, solid waste, or recyclables and transport them to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. This role is vital to our mission of keeping communities clean and safe.

Your day involves driving a roll-off truck along designated routes to collect, exchange, or deliver containers. You will interact courteously with customers and the general public, answering questions and responding to requests. A significant part of your day is dedicated to safety and maintenance, including performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections, cleaning loose debris from the truck and customer sites, and adhering to strict DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and EPA regulations. You will navigate trucks into and out of minimum clearance spaces, utilizing mirrors and GPS to locate service addresses while ensuring the safe operation of all equipment.
