About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our commitment to safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to our customers. Your day will involve collecting solid waste or recyclables from curbside and backdoor locations, transporting them to post-collection facilities, and ensuring the integrity of our routes.

Beyond the mechanics of driving, this role requires you to be a community ambassador. You will interact courteously with customers and the general public along your route, answering questions and responding to requests. You will also maintain the cleanliness of customer sites by managing spills and ensuring safety along roads and highways. Whether maneuvering a rear-load, split body, curotto, or automated-side load truck through tight spaces or operating mechanical packers, your focus on safety and quality standards ensures our mission is fulfilled.
