About the Role
PODS is seeking a dedicated Driver to manage the delivery and pickup of containers directly to and from customer locations. This role is vital to our mission of providing seamless moving and storage solutions, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
In this position, you will operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism to safely load and unload containers. Your day involves coordinating rental paperwork and payments, verifying deliveries via handheld computers, and performing necessary maintenance on both the vehicle and containers. You will serve as the face of PODS at customer sites, resolving questions and issues while ensuring the truck cab and equipment remain clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform and log daily pre and post trip inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift
- check_circleClean and inspect containers to ensure they are presentable for customer delivery

- check_circlePerform repairs of containers and lifts in the field and at the storage center
- check_circleAccept add-on deliveries as required to meet business needs

- check_circleProvide backup support for storage center functions when needed
- check_circleDrive and operate a commercial truck with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers safely

Requirements
