Your Typical Day
As a Front-Load Driver, you are the face of GFL. Based out of our Waunakee, WI facility, you will operate high-quality commercial frontload trucks on established commercial and multi-family residential routes. You will service multiple customers per day according to assigned routes, using on-board GPS and key maps to navigate efficiently across the local area. The waste will then need to be transferred to the appropriate station, landfill, or drop-off location.
You will interact professionally with our customers and the public while keeping "Team Green" safe by performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and following all safety protocols. Expect to be outdoors and active! You'll be maneuvering in tight spaces and working in various Wisconsin weather conditions.
