CDL Driver - Front Load

About the Role

Front-End Drivers are the backbone of our waste and recyclables collection operations, servicing multi-family residential and commercial routes. In this position, you will operate front-end trucks to collect solid waste and recyclables, ensuring customer contracts are fulfilled efficiently. Your day involves driving assigned routes to service multiple customers, transferring waste to appropriate stations, landfills, or drop-off locations, and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the areas you serve.

Working Environment

This is an outdoor role performed 100% of the time, often in varying weather conditions including rain, extreme heat, and cold. You will work in loud environments with exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles. The job requires constant maneuvering of a vehicle in tight spaces and high-traffic areas, as well as climbing to the top of the truck to verify load security before transport.
