CDL Driver - Front Load

About the Role

Front-End Drivers are the backbone of our waste and recycling operations, operating front-end trucks to service multi-family residential and commercial routes. In this role, you will fulfill customer contracts by removing and transporting waste or recyclables, ensuring efficient collection across multiple locations daily. Your work involves transferring collected materials to appropriate stations, landfills, or drop-off locations, maintaining the integrity of our service delivery.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with a thorough pre-trip inspection of the vehicle and equipment, followed by navigating designated routes using a key map and GPS. You will interact courteously with customers and the public, answering questions and addressing requests while maintaining a clean and safe environment around collection sites. The role requires maneuvering large trucks into tight clearance spaces, operating mechanical equipment to dump waste, and performing post-trip inspections and logbook entries to ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
