About the Role
PODS is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to join our hands-on Transportation & Logistics team. In this full-time position, you will serve as the face of our customer-first culture, safely delivering and picking up portable storage containers for residential and commercial clients across our nationwide network.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where logistics, operations, and customer service intersect. You will interact directly with customers on-site, providing courteous support and problem-solving assistance while representing our brand. Beyond driving, you will build valuable skills in route management, equipment maintenance, and field communication, with clear opportunities for advancement within a growing company.
What You'll Experience
Your day will involve operating CDL vehicles to transport containers, performing rigorous pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring all loads are secured according to strict DOT and company safety standards. You will navigate local routes efficiently, manage daily schedules via mobile dispatch systems, and maintain accurate documentation. Whether addressing customer concerns or organizing yard equipment, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.
