About the Role

This entry-level driver training role is designed for individuals ready to learn and gain experience driving tractor-trailers or straight trucks on local, over-the-road, shuttle, and overnight routes. You will be an essential part of America's food distribution system, delivering and unloading various food and food-related products to customers in Manassas, VA.

As a Driver Trainee, you will ride with and assist a driver trainer, executing deliveries while adhering to all company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Your day will involve performing safety checks, inspecting trailers for properly loaded freight, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. You will interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring services are executed with excellent customer service practices. Hiring Process

Candidates must successfully complete the PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program. The selection process includes a post-offer drug test and a road test to ensure safety and compliance with all standards.
