The Day-to-Day
Your journey involves operating various models of Greyhound buses safely while adhering to all traffic regulations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus functionality and safety. Beyond the wheel, you will assist passengers with boarding and exiting, loading and unloading luggage, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the bus for the duration of all trips. You will also provide friendly and professional service, addressing passenger queries courteously, processing tickets, handling reservations, and managing proofs of payments. In the event of an emergency, you will manage the situation calmly and efficiently to ensure the safety of all on board.
