About the Role
TransForce is seeking a CDL-B Shuttle Bus Driver to support local operations based in Dulles, Virginia. In this direct hire position, you will serve as the vital link between the Dulles airport parking lot and the Southland Industries location, transporting employees safely and efficiently.
This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and community. You will operate a CDL-B shuttle bus on a split-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays), working early morning and midday windows. Despite the split schedule, the actual driving time is approximately 3 to 5 hours per day, offering a manageable routine for those seeking local work.
What You Will Do
Your primary mission is to ensure the safe and timely transport of passengers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards. You will be responsible for operating the shuttle bus with precision, performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate logs and paperwork. Effective communication with dispatch and operations teams is essential to keep the route running smoothly.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive daily rate of $200.
