About the Role

Launch your driving career as a CDL A Truck Driver Trainee with our team. You will train alongside experienced CDL A drivers on local and regional routes, gaining hands-on experience with late-model equipment. Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess a CDL A learner's permit or the ability to obtain one prior to starting. Applicants must also be eligible to obtain a full CDL A license, maintain a clean driving record meeting McLane and DOT standards, and successfully pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening. The training program includes both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel sessions to ensure you are fully prepared for the road.
