About the Role
Launch your driving career as a CDL A Truck Driver Trainee with our team. This role is designed for individuals ready to transition into professional driving by training alongside experienced CDL A drivers on local and regional routes. You will learn the safe operation of late-model equipment, master accurate loading and unloading techniques, and adhere to strict FMCSA/DOT compliance standards.
As a trainee, you will progress from learning the basics to becoming a professional driver. Your day will involve practicing behind the wheel, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and utilizing electronic logs to track routes.
