About the Role
The Driver, Trainee Component position is designed to help you take your CDL-A career further. In this role, you will learn the essential functions of a Driver, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to various customer locations. As part of the developmental process, you will gain exposure to warehouse and other operational functions while riding and training with a Driver Trainer.
You will observe and practice the skills necessary to operate a tractor-trailer safely, including starting the engine, approaching intersections, making turns, backing, and parking. Your day will involve maneuvering equipment, inspecting vehicles for defects, documenting delivery receipts and product temperatures, and assisting with unloading. This role emphasizes providing excellent customer service by ensuring on-time delivery of undamaged products and handling returns or credits as needed.

Requirements
