About the Role
We are hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Shelbyville, KY, to handle no-touch freight. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including weekly pay, per diem for overnights, and drop-and-hook incentives. You will drive regional routes across multiple states (IN, TN, OH, MS, SC, WI, VA, IL, MI, GA, CT, NJ, & PA) operating 36-month-or-newer sleeper tractors with open-top containers, flatbeds, and Conestoga trailers.
As a Ryder driver, you are the Captain of your truck. You have the authority to make safety decisions, and your job is protected. The fleet is supported by 24/7 roadside maintenance and access to over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide for fueling and service. The schedule offers flexibility with options for Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday shifts, with dispatch times between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
