About the Role
As a CDL-A Trainee, you will join an entry-level team designed to launch your driving career. This role exists to cultivate the next generation of safe, skilled drivers who can uphold our rigorous safety standards while supporting accurate and timely deliveries. You will work alongside experienced drivers to gain hands-on experience with modern equipment, vehicle inspections, and freight handling on established routes.
In this position, you will learn to operate CDL-A equipment safely, assist with loading and unloading freight, and utilize electronic logs to document routes. Beyond the mechanics of driving, you will develop essential customer service skills, providing professional interactions with clients and teammates.
