About the Role
We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver to lead commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service operations. This is a performance-based position designed for drivers who thrive on activity and want to maximize their earnings through hard work. The more work you complete, the more you earn; this is not an hourly "sit and wait" job.
We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take every call, and make $100K+. If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.
What This Job Looks Like
- On-Call Schedule: Expect nights, weekends, and high call volume with consistent work available.
- Fast Response: You will be expected to respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency calls.
- Real Recovery Work: You will perform actual recovery operations, not just basic tows, operating wreckers and recovery equipment safely.
- Independence: You will work independently with dispatch support, communicating clearly with both dispatch and customers.
- Documentation: Ensure every job is completed fully with proper documentation and photos.
