About the Role
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. As a CDL-A Driver, you are not only responsible for ensuring customer products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, but you also serve as the face of our company, building lasting relationships with our customers.
You will drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes. Your mission is to deliver and unload food and food-related products in a safe, timely manner while adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This role offers growth opportunities performing essential work to support America's food distribution system within a safe and inclusive working environment.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific licensing and safety standards. The process includes:
- Verification of a valid CDL-A and 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
- Passing a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Passing a road test.
- Obtaining or maintaining a valid current DOT Health Card.
- Meeting all state licensing and certification requirements.
