About the Role
Join Team Cowan as a Regional Road Driver and experience a career designed to get you home every week. This dedicated regional position offers predictable pay and schedules, ensuring a better work-life balance. You will operate on consistent, familiar freight lanes across Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Notably, this route excludes New York City.
As a driver, you will enjoy 100% no-touch freight with 80% drop-and-hook operations. You will be supported by award-winning 24/7 assistance, ensuring you are never alone on the road. We provide state-of-the-art equipment to keep you moving efficiently.
Hiring Process
Eligible candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with nine months of verifiable experience in the last three years, specifically in Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed, and/or Tanker operations. To qualify for the $5,000 sign-on bonus, new hires must start by June 12th, 2026. The bonus is paid out in equal weekly installments over the first 26 weeks.
