In the Refrigerated Dairyland Regional Fleet, you will drive temperature-controlled freight across Wisconsin and neighboring states. This role is designed for drivers who want to grow their skills while thriving close to home.

Because our operating and hiring areas align closely, this position offers reliable home time. Drivers typically get at least 48 hours of home time each week, and in some locations, you might be home daily.
The Experience
You will haul refrigerated freight with purpose using new, modern equipment. We provide 24/7 maintenance support to ensure downtime is measured in minutes, not days. Our smartphone app keeps you connected whether you are in or out of the truck.
