About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our Regional Dry Van and Refrigerated fleet. This role offers drivers the autonomy to dispatch themselves while securing consistent freight. Drivers can expect to average 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week with a gross weekly pay ranging from $7,000 to $9,000. The position includes a paid fuel surcharge and a free base plate program. As an Owner Operator, you will handle Line Haul and LTL loads without the requirement for driver load or unload duties.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be on the road for 10 to 14 days at a time, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. The schedule is designed to ensure you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
To join the team, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions (specifically no L, Z, G, O, or K restrictions) and possess at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Please note that our orientation process is not paid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. During orientation, drivers are provided with their own room.
