The Owner Operator Experience
This role is designed for drivers who value independence but want the stability of a supportive partner. You will run consistent freight while maintaining the flexibility of operating your own business. The typical rhythm involves running about 5 days out with 2 days home, ensuring most contractors are home on weekends.\n Financially, the opportunity is structured to reward performance. Top-tier gross revenue potential is a key focus, with the top 25% of contractors grossing $300,000+ annually. This is achieved by earning 80% of 100% of the load revenue plus fuel surcharge. Weekly revenue is built for consistency, leveraging stable freight and strong customer relationships to keep trucks loaded and earning.
Beyond the road, we provide a comprehensive support system. This includes access to fuel discounts, maintenance programs, and contractor-focused savings designed to lower operating costs. We also offer 24/7 roadside assistance to minimize downtime and equipment insurance packages for added peace of mind. Additionally, contractors operate using company-supported ELD and in-cab safety technology to keep operations smooth, with bonus opportunities available through contractor incentive programs.
