About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is designed for business-minded drivers who seek higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation while leveraging our robust infrastructure.

As a partner with UACL, you will gain access to a network of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities. Whether you operate in the Van or Flatbed division, you will benefit from top-tier operational support, including 24/7 operations and road service assistance. The position offers the freedom to choose your preferred lanes—regional, OTR, or dedicated—allowing you to tailor your schedule and maximize your business efficiency.

Hiring Process

We prioritize a fast and efficient onboarding experience. Qualified candidates will complete an online orientation to quickly integrate into our systems. Once onboarded, you will immediately begin accessing our load management tools and connecting with our agent base to secure freight.
