About the Role
UACL Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States. As a contractor within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation.
You will partner with over 300 freight agents nationwide to secure loads that fit your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day rhythm where you manage your own schedule while leveraging 24/7 operations and road service support. Whether you are utilizing our trailer rental programs or operating your own equipment, you will represent UACL with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service at every pickup and delivery location.
Compensation & Partnership Structure
As an owner operator, you have the flexibility to choose a compensation model that suits your business needs. In our Van Division, drivers renting a van trailer from UACL receive 67% of linehaul pay with an 8% trailer rental fee. You also have the option to switch to a weekly flat trailer rental rate to increase your linehaul share to 75%. Flatbed drivers automatically receive 75% of linehaul, with a weekly flat rate available for those without their own flatbed.
Actual pay-per-mile and weekly gross earnings vary based on customers, freight lanes, and driver preference. Additionally, a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, paid directly to the truck.
