About the Team
Universal Intermodal services all major US Ports and intermodal Rail Ramps, offering domestic door-to-door drayage to and from Ports, Rails, and Customer Facilities. Operating from 40 terminals and eight container yards, the company provides Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves.
About the Role
We are seeking skilled Owner/Operator Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team at our Philadelphia terminal. This position is vital for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight across designated routes. As an Owner Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining our reputation for quality service.
You will run Monday through Friday morning shifts with home daily. The role features no forced dispatch and focuses on light touch freight. Drivers will be compensated with 70% of total revenue per load, with gross pay reaching up to $750 per day. Pay weeks run from Sunday to Saturday and are settled the following Friday.

Interested candidates must meet specific DOT compliance and safety standards, including a clean driving record, a valid CDL A, and a DOT-compliant 2005 or newer tractor. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass a physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
