About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose the path that fits your lifestyle. In our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you prefer OTR, Regional, or Local routes, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to help you succeed. You will also have access to discounts on Truckstop and DAT Load Boards and receive Samsara ELDs to streamline your operations.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. If you have 5 or more years of older verified experience, the 12 months prior to employment may include non-driving employment. Applicants must pass a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. Additionally, there must be no DUI convictions in a CMV, and no DUI convictions in a non-CMV within the last 5 years. Driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years are generally not considered, though exceptions may be made for recent medical certification issues.
