About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities tailored to your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes.
In this position, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with our agents for dispatch needs. Our 24/7 operations and road service support ensure you are never left stranded, allowing you to focus on safe, efficient driving and route planning that minimizes empty miles.
Hiring Process
We prioritize a fast and efficient onboarding experience. Qualified candidates will complete an online orientation to quickly get started. Once onboarded, you will be integrated into our network to begin accessing freight opportunities immediately.
