The Owner Operator Experience
As an Owner Operator with Decker, you maintain full control over your schedule and home time. There is no forced dispatch; instead, you choose the preferred regions, freight types, and lanes that work best for your business. We offer consistent, reliable freight from long-standing customers, ensuring stability for your operations.
Our freight model is designed for efficiency: 100% no-touch freight is available, while flatbed operations require tarping and securing loads. We provide strong safety support and maintain fair, consistent policies to help you succeed.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive earnings potential up to $220,000 annually, with pay rates ranging from 60% to 72% of linehaul based on experience level. You will receive 90% to 100% of the fuel surcharge. Settlements occur weekly with clear, straightforward statements. Ask about our Lease Purchase Options to explore additional opportunities.

To partner with us, your tractor must be 8 years old or newer and must meet Decker's safety and appearance standards.
