The Owner Operator Experience
As an owner-operator with F2F, you gain access to a suite of benefits designed to support your business. You will earn 80% of linehaul with weekly settlements and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to handle the logistics.\n We equip you with Samsara ELDs and offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards. Our coverage includes general liability and cargo insurance, and we cover your semi-annual DOT inspection. Additional perks include virtual orientation, awards for clean roadside inspections, and dedicated Driver Advocates for Partners.
How to Apply
To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. If you have 5 or more years of older verified experience, the 12 months prior to employment may include non-driving employment. Applicants must have negative drug test results, no DUI convictions in a CMV, and no DUI convictions in a non-CMV within the last 5 years. Additionally, there should be no driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years, though consideration is given for recent medical certification issues.
