CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, OH, with a future terminal planned for the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned, well-maintained 2020 sleeper trucks while servicing customers across 47 states. The role is designed to build toward dedicated opportunities, leveraging our sister logistics company to expand long-term partnerships.

Day-to-Day Operations

Work is driven by customer needs rather than dedicated routes, allowing for a dynamic schedule. Drivers typically spend two weeks out on the road, servicing a wide geographic footprint. While we cover 47 states, we do not service California and aim to avoid Northwest states during winter months. The freight is primarily drop-and-hook with no-touch loads.

We offer a flexible dispatch model that remains forceful yet accommodating. We strive to support your need for home time and specific schedules, provided you are super organized and communicative. Drivers may take their equipment home if they have secure parking available.

Compensation & Benefits

As a Company Driver, you receive a truck at no cost. We provide fair compensation through low mileage rates and a breakdown allowance of $200 per day for any maintenance issues on the road, with a maximum weekly cap of $1,000. Additional incentives include $25 per hour for detention after two hours at a facility and an extra $50 on top of regular revenue for work performed on observed holidays.

We offer full-time W-2 benefits including a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision/dental through Principal. Paid time off and holidays are also included. We welcome pet passengers as part of our team culture.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must meet specific safety and experience criteria, including a minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience and being between the ages of 25 and 75. Your Motor Vehicle Record must show fewer than one moving violation in the last two years, with no drug test failures or CDL violations in the past 15 years.
