About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. This position offers the opportunity to service 47 states, excluding California, with a seasonal preference to avoid the Northwest during winter months. The role is built on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, though we actively work to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.

Equipment and Operations

Drivers operate 2020 newer sleeper trucks that are company-owned and well-maintained. The freight is drop-hook and no-touch. We provide the truck at no cost to you, and if you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home. Dispatch is force-based but remains flexible to accommodate needed home time and different schedules, requiring drivers to be super organized and communicative.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time W-2 position offering a competitive compensation structure. Drivers earn low mileage rates with added fair compensation for deadhead. We offer detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at a facility and a breakdown/maintenance allowance of $200 per day while on the road, with a maximum weekly cap of $1,000. Additionally, drivers receive $50 on top of regular revenue for working on observed holidays.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards. We require a minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience and applicants must be between 25 and 75 years old. Your Motor Vehicle Record must show less than one moving violation in the last two years, with no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the past 15 years.
