CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with a strategic vision to expand into a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, ensuring you can focus on the road.

This is a non-dedicated position where work is assigned based on customer needs across 47 states. While we generally operate on a two-week out schedule, we are actively working to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight. Please note that California is not serviced, and we advise avoiding the Northwest states during winter months.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive W-2 compensation package designed to support your livelihood. Drivers receive low mileage rates for fair compensation, with a maximum weekly earning potential of $1,000. Additional pay includes $25 per hour for detention after two hours at a facility and $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance occurring on the road. If you work on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue.

Our fleet consists of modern, well-maintained equipment. Drivers with secure parking may take their assigned equipment home. We maintain a flexible dispatch force that is super organized and communicative. We strive to accommodate your needed home time and schedule preferences while ensuring operational efficiency.

Application & Culture

To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance requirements). Your Motor Vehicle Record must show fewer than one moving violation in the last two years, and you must have no Drug Test failures or CDL violations in the past 15 years.
