About the Role
We are seeking experienced Company Drivers to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, Ohio. As a Company Driver, you will be provided with a 2020 or newer sleeper truck at no cost to you. All equipment is company-owned and meticulously maintained to ensure your safety and efficiency on the road.
This position offers a dynamic route covering 47 states, excluding California. While the work is primarily non-dedicated and driven by fluctuating customer needs, we are actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. Drivers generally run for two weeks at a time. During winter months, we strive to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safe travel conditions.
Day-to-Day Operations
You will be handling drop-hook, no-touch freight. Our dispatch team is force-based but remains flexible to accommodate your need for home time and preferred schedules. We value drivers who are super organized and communicative. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home with you.
We are committed to fair compensation. Our rate structure includes low mileage rates and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered on the road. Additionally, drivers receive $25 per hour in detention pay after the first two hours at a facility. On observed holidays, drivers earn an extra $50 on top of their regular revenue. The maximum weekly earnings cap is $1,000.

Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria: a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience, be between the ages of 25 and 75, and have a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
