About the Role

As a Company Driver for our OH operation based in Obetz, you will operate a 2020 newer sleeper truck, fully owned and maintained by the company. This position offers a unique opportunity to service 47 states, excluding California, with a strategic focus on avoiding the Northwest during winter months. While the work is currently driven by general customer needs rather than dedicated routes, the team is actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.

You will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The equipment is kept in top condition, and drivers with secure parking may take the truck home. Our dispatch team is forceful yet flexible, working to accommodate your home time needs and preferred schedules while maintaining high organization and communication standards.

Compensation & Perks

We provide fair compensation through low mileage rates and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance occurring on the road. Drivers are eligible for detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility. The role includes full-time W-2 benefits, such as a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage via Cigna, and vision/dental through Principal. Additionally, we offer paid time off and holidays; if you work on an observed holiday, you receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue. We also welcome pet passengers.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience. Applicants must be between 25 and 75 years old. A clean driving record is essential, specifically requiring fewer than one moving violation in the last two years and no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the past 15 years.
