About the Role

As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to secure their own assets without the traditional barriers of entry. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from our customer network, ensuring consistent work without the need for brokered loads. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep you loaded, supported by 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system.

Program Highlights

We have structured this program to make the transition to ownership seamless. Drivers can start with $0 money down and no credit check required. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and include a 100% walk-away option with no hidden fees—all costs are disclosed upfront. You will earn 82% of the gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. Additional perks include big fuel discounts (up to $1 off per gallon), the use of customer trailers with no rental fees, and a manufacturer warranty on the truck with no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.

Hiring Process

All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. Applicants should have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply to join our team of lease contractors.
