About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Owner Operators and Lease Purchase Drivers seeking a seamless entry into ownership. The role offers a dedicated fleet manager to ensure consistent loads and access to a customer freight network that excludes brokered freight. Drivers will operate 2023–2026 model automatic trucks and utilize customer trailers with no rental fees. The position focuses on providing 100% refrigerated freight, including 50% drop-and-hook no-touch loads and pre-loaded trailers, ensuring drivers stay rolling with minimal downtime.

Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of experience and OTR background.
